OUR HISTORY

Donlar Construction’s reputation has been built on quality of service, honesty and integrity. With a very competent office and field staff, the company has steadily grown to its current size and capabilities.

Donlar has maintained two offices in Minnesota since incorporation, one in the St. Cloud Area and one in the Twin Cities metro area. Donlar’s first project was the remodeling of the Stearns County Courthouse for the contract sum of $83,000. Since that humble beginning we have grown to earn a consistent ranking as one of Minnesota’s top 25 contractors.

Donlar Construction has completed thousands of major construction projects specializing in the areas of education, medical, municipal, religious and commercial construction. We provide construction management, design-build and general construction services, including self-performed work by our skilled field personnel.
