Donlar recently completed the expansion of the Women and Children's clinic at CentraCare Health Plaza and continue a major renovation of the existing interior. The phased remodel is scheduled for completion in October 2008.

Work continues on the STMA New 2009 High School. With all foundations complete, and classroom wing, gym and field house enclosed, work continues on the building center, including auditorium and main entrance.

The Gorecki Dining Facility exceeds expectations for attendance and service to the CSB community. Completed in September 2007, the state-of-the-art facility satisfies thousands of diners in search of a fine and even fast dining experience.

Construction progresses on the Army Aviation Support Facility at the St. Cloud Regional Airport. When completed in December 2008, the 150,000 sf facility will service the Minnesota National Guard's Blackhawk and Chinook helicopters.

Downtown St. Cloud welcomes the newly completed Center Square Parking Facility. Displaced during construction, businesses and visitors can now take advantage of 541 additional parking spaces, and easier access to activities in the heart of town.

New 2007 Fieldstone Elementary is in full session for the 2007-08 school year.
