Benedicta Arts Center - College of Saint Benedict

The additions and alterations to the Benedicta Arts Center were in planning for two years. Donlar Construction played a key role in leading and controlling the preconstruction process. Providing assistance to the architectural team, Donlar value engineered the project as it was being designed. With construction complete, the Benedicta Arts Center now has a new music rehearsal hall, black box theater, dance studio, elevator, offices and support spaces.
