Central Minnesota Heart Center

Construction included the addition of an entire floor and a two-story lobby to the existing Heart Center. An atrium was also created, by enclosing an open roof between two existing upper floors. Donlar built each new catheter laboratory in sealed construction zones separate from the active areas of the Heart Center. Limiting construction to predetermined containment areas was essential to allow the hospital to function efficiently while construction progressed.
