Main Building Remodel - Saint Benedict’s Monastery

The main building remodel at Saint Benedict’s Monastery was a grand undertaking for the sisters. The project involved remodeling three floors of the main building to upgrade living quarters and offices and to increase accessibility. Exterior construction included the addition of a connecting corridor between the main building and chapel, installation of an exterior elevator in the south courtyard and a new staircase off the Scholastica wing. With construction complete, the sisters of Saint Benedict’s Monastery have now happily resettled into their space, resuming monastic activities within their updated and welcoming building.
