The Finished Product: The Henry Sibley Aquatics Center is a newly constructed Aquatic Center that houses an 8-lane swimming pool complete with a high dive and movable bulkhead. The Need: Ponemah and the surrounding areas did not have an operational firehall on hand prior to construction, making this project extremely important for the community. The nearest firehall before this construction project was approximately 45 minutes away, making any firefighting in Ponemah a serious challenge. The Finished Product: The Red Lake Fire Hall is a 10,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building with 4-vehicle bays that is attached to a wood frame office structure including offices for fire personnel, a fitness center, gear turnout room, decontamination shower room, training room, a kitchen, and men and women’s bunk rooms. The project consisted of a new 56,519 Sq. ft. expansion to their warehouse and an 13,500 SF office addition.
